We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy, you may request a return within 7 days of delivery.

1. Eligibility:
   To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in its original condition and packaging.
2. Return Process:
   Please contact us at [email protected] before returning any item. We will provide return instructions and a return address.
3. Refunds:
   Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection. Approved returns will be refunded to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is defective or sent in error.

4. Damaged Items:
   If you receive a damaged product, please take clear photos of the item and the packaging, and contact us within 3 days of delivery. Upon confirmation, we will resend the item free of charge.
